Oi does anyone know who makes this longboard?

yep that's it, sector 9 maccas bamboo with sidewinder trucksi've got his bigger brother, the uluwatu :)

I would stay away from those trucks. Sector 9 decks are fine and they make some decent wheels to but i would avoid gullwing sidewinder trucks especially. Chargers are alright i still have them on one of my set up there just nothing special.

dont do this. they are way too expensive. they are good, but shelling out $400 for a longboard of that quality isn't necessary when brands like Kracked Skulls and Brian Cooper can get you an equally good board for ~$250

disagree on the landyachtz. Bustin, Clutch, and BC are all really awesome. I love my BC Eel and my Cltuch Jailbird

Im not a fan of any of sector 9 products. If someone was interested in getting into longboarding and not taking it super seriously i would recommend it to them. But, if you are looking for a quality board that excels in one style of riding i would look other places

Hit enter by accident, but what makes rayne so much better than the companies you listed as horrible? They are just as expensive, and the quality is on the same level, if not a little below say loaded or landyachtz. If you want a good board at a manageable price, BC or LBL are to really solid companies that you won't be disappointed with

Sodafactory makes the clutch boards right? Those are really nice, probably going to be my next board next to the Landy timemachine

yep, its 9 ply, 39" long dropthrough, stable at speeds 30+ and slidey as hell with randalls

sector 9 gets alot of hate because of how main stream they are. Everyone says their boards are shitty and useless when in reality they make some really solid topmound DH oriented boards. Also Sector 9 round lipped center set race forms are some of the best freeride wheels on the market. So many people love them, I road them for a couple months and they were one of the butteriest slide ive ever felt.

Hit enter by accident..... As I was saying, most of the people giving sector 9's shit have never ridden then before. They are just copying what some other fag told them. Buy I you want a nice, cheap board, goldcoast all the way

I own a sector 9. It literally jerks me off at night because it is so goddamn gay! The flex is whack! Same with the camber. I strongly do not recommend them. I have a custom made board and I fucking love the thing! here are two of them

Im at work and really bored so here it goes.

Clutch (and all Soda Factory) boards are great. I have a Clutch Deez Nutz and Lambchop. Both are indestructible. The 'chop on Indys and Hesher snowballs is a sliding machine and the Deez is the most comfortable drop/wedge DH board Ive ridden.

I also have/had (went missing the other day, most likely stolen, Im super pissed) a Candy Spanks Super Chili (more Soda Factory) I love that board for a cruising/commuting/people slalom/pumping. Perfect amount of rocker, small and nimble, light so its easier to carry into class. Theres a pic of it in my profile if I dont embed correctly.

If your still in the market for a small cruiser similar to the one in the OP check out the Candy Spanks Super Chili. Soda Factory are work to get, but once you ride one youll see why people love them so much and are willing to wait, sometimes months, for them to be built. And theres so much variety in finishes that alot of boards are either one a kind, or only have 1 or 2 exactly like it in existence. I know my Super Chili was one of only three pink Formica Super Chilis and the last pink Formica board Rus ever made.

Heres where to buy Sodafactory:

Otherwise checkout:

Comet (Voodoo series, Ethos, Loki)

Earthwing (Belly Racer, Corchia, Supermodel)

Yati (Ninjati)

Madrid (Mercado, Market Price)

Kracked Skulls (Scimitar)

Landyatz (9to5, Switch, Dually if you can find one and are tall)

Sector 9s DH oriented stuff (Top mounts and Race forms) are good but everything else is crap.

Loaded arnt really bad, but theres def boards out there that are better, cheaper, and less likely to get you labeled a bro.

Kebbek, Rayne, Longboard Larry, Arbor, Neversummer, and Arcane all get good reviews but I dont have enough experience with any of them to make any recommendations.

Thats my relatively short review of Sodafactory/ recommendation of other long board companies. Theres most likey companies and boards I missed but if you cant find a setup out of what i provided you should be looking somewhere else besides NS for advice.

Also keep in mind wheels, trucks, wedging, bushing duro/ shape/combo, all play just as big a role in how a board rides. Even the best board listed here will ride like shit with bad components.

Too bad no one that needs to read this ever well.
