Ideas for hitting this urban and not gettin busted

theres is sick fdfd outside my high school, theres camera's and cops their pretty much all day every day, this rail is litteraly right by the front door of the school, any good ideas for hittin it and not gettin caught?
 
i have an awesome plan.

i worked at the summer x games so i am going to start bringing my credentials from the summer x and try and tell the cops that we are filming for the x games. hopefully that works out
 
You formulate a well organized plan of attack. For example:

Step one- scope out target at night to see if security will be an issue and what times if any are available for initiation of abjective

Step two- prepare inventory (truck with snow or drop in, generator, lights, shovel, at least 2 friends, camera equip if desired)

Step three- inatiate! make it quick in and out....or just hang out and shred if you don't care about getting busted and already cleaned that shit
 
if there are always cops there, and you go at night and there still there, go to a pay phone and be like i think my neighbour is getting robbed at this street (somewhere a few blocks away) and then go and hit it.
 
Just try it. If you get kicked out, leave and just do another rail. There's lots of rails out there. The hunt is part of the fun too.
 
When they try and kick you out just tell them it's a school project and your filming it and its for your final grade. Make it sound important
 
in and out since its right buy the front door it should already be lite and just be super fast dont chill. set up clean it make sure to CLEAN UP shovel off the snow its a nice little fall back plan just in case.make sure also to not make to much noise that can always be a compilant. evading is half the fun
 
kill three people, put them in a house, set the house on fire, then get somebody to sell mass amounts of drugs to an undercover cop. then youll have the cops tied up for awhile. then hit it.

I'd try and set up as much as possible one night, the jump on, shovel snow on to the landing which I'm guessing is bare pavement currently, and plan where you'll set up lights and drop in. That way, when you do come to hit it, you don't have to waste time setting stuff up.
 
go late and if cops still come say, it's for a school project and that you are aware it's dangerous, but that's what makes it fun and you prefer skiing rather than partying late at night. and be real quite the #1 reason cops show up to urban sessions other than spotting you is noise complaints. our last session the cop was actually so curious about urban skiing that he let us keep doing it and came by later to help us out with his spotlight... good luck.
 
^yea i was thinking build like a shitty little jump off to the side of the rail and if the five 0 come just be like, "we're just hittin this jump for a school project" theres no way a cop will guess u were sliding the handrail if theres a little jump
 
have your friends go and hit another urban rail and call the cops on them so that the cops go there
 
ya, if you go at night, try not to have music blasting. also, if your area gets alot of snow, go on a day there has been a big snowstorm and usually there isnt alot of people around, thats what i do. and if its at a school, go on a sunday night.
 
have your buddies create a diversion elsewhere if there are cops there during the night. then hit it
 
i wouldnt be surprised if it had a security camera set up....since its infront of the school.

but if i were you i would go late like at 3 or 4 am.....thats your best bet.
 
At night, or during a big ass snow storm. Snow storm is the best cause the po are made preoccupied.
 
Send in a representative(friend) who doesn't ski to say he runs the show and have him ask permission, if he's shut down you can still hit it then cause they've never seen you. Also if there is camera's you may wanna cover face ya know.

depends on what kind of cop, sometimes their super fagots and other their really tight, one summer me and a buddy were skatin at the university and one cop (kinda young) was like hey u guys should get out of here, but i know this really tight 8 stair outa sight over their. then he did a kickflip for our camera and it was pretty much the coolest thing ever.

and who cares if theres a video camera, put a skimask on and kill it, or screw it, who cares if they get you on film?? maybe they'll play it on the school anouncements! thats how u get pussy
 
i did this last year at my school, there was a pretty big cliff and i really wanted to do it, and i just asked the headmaster politely and said yes, and we put up like fliers and shit and had a big gang of people there, i pulled a 360 japan air, and my friend did a 540 it was awesome.
 
to deal with the camera go to a costume store and get some ridicules looking mask like the guy in V for vendetta or a G-Bush one would be hilarious
 
it would be pretty cool if you could get the actual footage from the surveillance camera.

try and hit it late at night, if you get busted just be polite to the cops, cause then you have a better chance of them letting you stay til you clean it. Make sure you clean up your takeoff and landing after too.
 
ask the school and tell them you have liability insurance. Prefferably 500k or 1 mil worth. Then you will prolly get permission. Or jsut do it and if the cop comes by tell them you have liability insurance.
Mack Dawg actually got permission through UNR to hit all the rails there just cuz they have a million dollar liability insurance.
Doesnt work all the time but a lot of the time it will.
 
Dude at my school me and my friend, who snowboards, (keep in mind we live in FL now) hit this down rail at my school and the principle walked by right as I beefed and he came over acting all mad but then only said if ur gonna bring all this stuff out here try not to fall. And then walked away. Point being it sucks you have such tight security to deal with.

But my advice to you is just steal the rail and set it up in you yard. That way you can't get in trouble for tresspassing...
 
don't ask, they will say no, and then when you go ahead and slide it anyway they will use it against you. You just have to go on a holiday when no one is there. Also don't let someone who doesn't have authority to give you permission kick you out(unless it's a cop). Insurance policys do come in handy, my school had one for us when we shot on location, I always carry it.
