So While in shop (technical high school(HVAC) I was thinkin about oil burners and how the nozzle atomizes fuel and I got to think, what if, some way I could do that with water. to atomize the water in cold enough conditions? Would it indeed freeze? because It would be small very fine drop lets at a cold enough tempature or height? any thoughts or opinions?

thats kinda how the real snow guns work, lots of "nozels" or holes then a big mother fucking fan to blow it way into the sky.
