I can't change my icon it says its changed and I know its the right size.

Logging off has nothing to do with it. If the upload seemed to have worked, then the problem is likely related to your browsers cache. Try emptying it.

If you get an error saying the file size isn't correct, then double check the dimensions (50x50) and ensure the file is smaller than 2K. If it's exactly 2K it may not work.

dude, it still has nothing to do with it. its possible your browser refreshes when you log back on, then you have the new icon. it has to do, like Paul said, with your cache. he would know.
