And OP: You can't just have any picture as your icon. It has to already be the right size before NS accepts it (NS won't resize it for you. BTW that might be a nice addition to the site - an icon uploader that will compress and resize any image). Anyways there are plenty of online image resizers that can do it for you if you're lazy.

The size that your image should be is 50x50

also if it is too Big (+8K) then it won't upload,
