Icon wont change

I tried to change my icon and i upload it and its a gif so it works and then the next screen comes up and it says 'Icon successfully uploaded' and i has the same old one that i had before. What do i do?

i was going to go for a quad daffy but i was like, why huck? -mommy

happens a lot to me...i just keep oding it and like refreshing, but i think clicking something else and going back afterwards works best...took the least amount of tries.
