how'da make your own, or take stuff besides whats already on ns? like stuff you see other places, how do you turn that into an icon?

 
when you are choosing your icon is says, any picture file that is .jpg or .gif, measuring 50x50 pixels, and equal or less than 2k. i think thats right. just edit stuff in photoshop

do you have any imaging programs? microsoft imaging might work, corel photo house maybe, i dont know. i do know that photosuite does. just look for crop or file size editing options
