Icon Problems.... AGAIN

i've been trying to load a new icon for a long time. it wont work for me.

if it does upload it only shows a frame of the annimation..

why? what should i do? what is going on?

please help me.

your original sheep isnt the 9 layered original one, so you have only 1 layer therfore it wont move because you cant see the other 9 layers after it.

= no moving icon

ok but i've made other icons and thats all its ever shown.. i know there was more layers/frames.. i made my legs move on this sheep.. i saw them move in photoshop..

even if i made my very own icon from scratch it wont work..?

In Photoshop instead of "Save As," go a little further down and click "Save for Web & Devices." That does the trick.
