Icon photo won't work.

My icon photo wont work, Im trying to get it to be this:



im not sure why its working, or if anybody knows and will tell me. Or if somebody knows how and is trustworthy I can give them my username and password and they can possibly do it for me?

I really want to figure this out as i have ben on newschoolers for almost two years and have never got it to work. any advice would be awesome.

It's too big. You need to change the photo size to 50 pixels by 50 pixels.
