Icon or recruit , whats the difference?

i don't think there really is a difference. I just thought one of them was a different color or something.

the earpads are different. on the icon it is just a flat circular padding thing, like the ones you get on airplanes. and on the recruit, the earpad is the donut shaped leather one, like on lowriders or skullcrushers.

The armyish/camo looking ones are recruit, and the flashy ones are icons. Makes sense, eh?
