Icon issues

hey so i keep trying to change my icon but fail miserably.

my new one i want to use is 50x50 and only takes up 4k so it fits the requirements

every time i go change it it takes a sec then it says it changed it but it doesn't.

i tried deleting my icon, then uploading the new one but the old one would always come back.

the question is why do i fail so bad or is it out of my control

Calm yourself. It usually takes a little while to work itself out. I think I've seen it take up to a day or so to come in. Give it time, it won't be instant, that's for sure.

...that is unless the NS crew worked that into some reform they've done.
