actually they didnt cancel it they just moved it forward and moved it to western NY and changed the name to pooper park. they also cut all those lame ass skiers and the bogart crew took there place.

HOW CAN A CITY ISSUE A PERMIT and have sponsors put tons of money, product, and time, not to mention, hotel rooms, airfair, planning, etc etc...and then just say sorry..The sponsors , ski fans, as well as the athletets are getting screwed by this! I understand that there are logistical issues with the ICER Air event to be held this week. There are several other issues that you have not considered yet as well.

Sponsors, Promoters, Athletes, and most importantly Spectators who are tourists and would be spending significant amounts of money in your city, have already put the money forth to attend this event.

While Johnny Moseley may be cooperating with you, I am still at a loss of $225 that I put out for a plane ticket as well as the opportunity cost incurred by taking my vacation days from work in order to attend this event. How does your city propose to make amends for my losses due to your very late cancellation of this event.

Permits have been issued for nearly 6 months. Aren't the logistics of such an event to be considered before a permit is issued?
