are the icleantic dollies a good ski. looking to buy the 2011. dont know much about the company just wondering if anyone knew more about them and if the ski holds up good. is the ski stiff, buttery, heavy, light, anything you know post. +k to helpful response

definitely a softer, buttery ski. i enjoyed mine. overall durability was good, i fucked up the edges but that was my fault. i would say snag a pair if you can

they are VERY durable skis. not to mention icelantic is the only brand with a full on warranty of their products. However, I only tried the shamans not danollies so I can't speak for that. Although the shamans were pretty marginal at best.

Alteration of Icelantic skis will void warranty.

ex. Damage from improper mounting or adjustment of bindings, scratching and/or chipping of topsheet, base/edge damage from improper use etc...

YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR SKIS FOR THE WARRANTY TO BE VALID.

From the site, I was hopeful, but nope.
