hey ns i bought icelantic da nollies this year and have riden them a total of 14 days, with 7 of those being at snowpark nz. the skis are hardly even broken in and im having troubles with them. i have a edge that is cracked and is how coming away from the ski and another edge anomaly where it seems to of been pushed back into the ski and created a buldge in the base. what should i do? i brought these skis after reading how durable they were so far i have had the opposite and am kinda disapointed.

i know icelantic has a really good warrenty scheme but have i voided it by riding rails?

here are a few pics of said damage

this is where the edge has been pushed in. i cant even remember an impact that would of done this much damage and was really suprised when i saw it especially because it is so far behind the centre of my ski.

and here is the edge crack which i would expect to happen to a park ski but i didnt really think that it would start coming away from the ski

can you please help me ns

there may be a shop out there willing to help with some epoxy, but who knows how much they might charge.

perhaps look at other brands for your next skis if durability is a priority.

The first one is from an impact to the side of the ski. I've seen this happen to people that have dropped their skis, or had somebody drop something on them. That's why the base is pushed up and the edge is pushed in.

That shouldn't happen with Icelantic's durability. Try emailing them just to see if they can do anything about it. You may have gotten a faulty pair of skis.

Contact Icelantic directly, they're a solid company and have great customer service. Thats the best way if you have problems with any brand.

Try contacting them, but that's what happens when you ski park. Skis break when you slam them against metal all day hitting rails

ive tried EVERYTHING in my power to break my danollies to no avail , but that is obviously caused by impact and will not be covered under warranty, nor should it. I would still give them a call and see if they can do anything for you , maybe a discount and last years ski ( if the have inventory ). Its a solid company, i say give them an other try

Icelantic will warranty that 100 percent, they gave me new skis just for rail damage, I'm surprised yours broke so easy, I've ridden two pairs of Dannolies the first lasted all season and the second pair is still going strong
