Ice Kitesurfing

Just got into kiting last summer and can't take it any longer and just ordered some 5mm gloves and boots to get out on the ocean. It didn't look like you were in a dry suit, how thick was that wetsuit?
 
That looks fun but really really cold. I have wanted to get into kitesurfing for a few years now but I just haven't had the time. Oh well, maybe this summer.
