Umm, this has prolly been posted, but the search bars aren't working for me, and i'll forget if i don't post it now. but Why does Ice-Is-Scary only have one post, when he has been on here for awhile, and has multiple posts?

Harvey started doing that a number of years back. If people were post whoring to try to get their post count up high, he'd just set them to -1,000 or something.

So it could be because he was post whoring at one point, or requested to have it lowered? I don't know.
