so i found this amercian express gift card thing and i can't find out how to find out how much money is on it, so i figured i'd just try ordering stuff. i was just wondering if anything would happen if they sent me the stuff but found out there wasn't enough money on the card. would they just ask me to return the stuff or what. i'm hoping there is enough on it though.

nah I'm sure nothing will happen it's just like placing an order with a credit card that can't be varified. Your gift card won't be able to be used, you'll get an email asking for a different card, you won't repsond to taht email and then nothing will be shipped to you. End of story

If it's just a gift card, you should be fine, cause there's no verification of who owns it, like a regular credit card.

no there is no visible number on the back. everything on the back is scratched off pretty much, even the security number or w/e it's called, so i had to try it on sites that don't ask for that. if anyone has a link to a site where i could check that would be helpful

if its a gift card no problems there they just see how much is left on it. If its a credit card with someones name on it, expirey date. Well thats called fraud and the police will come and visit you eventually

dude those cards only have a certain amount of money dude, if you found it im guessin there was no money in it to begin with, but to check it go to the webtsite of the card, and look for gift cards ,and then they will say enter in certain #s and it should tell u how much is on the card
