I would like to purchase NON-jibberish vest/ zip-off sleeve jacket for about~100 bucks or less

A jacket with zip off sleeves would be super cool,but a vest is still good its a bit of a long shot but fire some offers at me!
NOTHING OUTRAGEOUSLY BIG, so thats probably xl and onward. Im 5'6'' and i don't really want anything shooting past my knees because i might wear it around as well as on the hill.
