To yell at my mom sometimes. She always seems to yell at me for no reason and get pissed off for nothing.

My mom always yells at me for my grades, then says i cant do anything for the next weekend, then proceeds to ask me the next MORNING "What you dooin this weekend?"
 
it's called menopause, dude. that, combined with dealing with a teenage boy, is just how it works for most. just try and brush it off. it'll get better.
granted, i know nothing about you or your mom, so I could be completely off, but it sounds like that's what you're dealing with.
 
nope it's my dad in this situation. He can't rap his head around the fact that i don't want a conventional 9-5 job with a steady income. I want my life to be spontaneous and always a surprise around the corner so i don't end up like every person that says they have a great life with family/ cars/ money. Fuck that I want true happiness cause you only go around once my friends. Why waste 40 hours of your week working so you can maybe get 2 days off.. screw that I'm making the most of my life
 
my dad owns a boat service marina because he absolutely loved boats as a kid and thought this is his passion in life. 25 years later he won't set foot on a boat to spend the day on the water because it reminds him of his job.. I can't picture anyone in this world waking up every single day saying "I love my fuckin' job"
 
it's your parents' job to tell you not to do that. although my dad told me at squaw yesterday that i looked so happy skiing and loved it so much that i should take a year off before college and ski
 
yeah but you can't get paid to ski for a career, that shit eventually runs out and quick. It'd be a good run for sure though
 
look at glen plake, mike douglas, all those older guys. i'm sure they still make a shit ton of money skiing and they wouldn't trade it for anything else
 
if 40 hours a week is hard for you you have a very rude awakening my friend. And your dad is 100% right. You may not see it now, but in a few years down the road, enjoy living that young life and when you want to settle down with not much work experience, enjoy that shitty pay.
 
yell back at her, chances are she'll call you a disrespectful ungrateful misinformed brat. that's usually how me and my mom communicate. shit sucks.
