Absolutely disgusting. It's unfortunate that people can't respect other peoples property. I really hope that guy gets thrown in jail for the rest of his life. People like that shouldn't be allowed out in public.
 
If I'd catch a fucking hood rat stealing a car (it does not even need to be my car), I'd really go and kick the shit out of him. What a semenhead... that totally deserves jail for life in my books.
