today i went urban jibbing or whatever for the first time ever. it was completely kickass and i got a lot better (thanks Patrick).

anyway, i got to the rink expecting to see a ten foot pile of snow like they usually have at hockey rinks. but instead,,there is a little pile if snow, 5 feet bey five feet, two feet deep. but the inrun was so steep we didn't need much snow, and it turned out to be a totally awesome session of this rail even though on my first attempt i introduced my fingers to the curb and left a large amount of my skin on the concrete and now it stings like hell.

anybody else going skiing yet this fall?

it was 60 degreese where i live today, and that was up in the mountains, i cant even imagine how hot it was in the down the mountain

 
In Colorado the earliest ski resort that opens that is close to me is Copper and thats not until Nov. 2nd.......man i can't wait!!!

yea... I went skiing yesterday, but i went real skiing... Alta got a foot of snow this week so we took up a 20 ft. rail we built (not to mention about 10 other rails allready up there)and had a nice session.

 
I can't wait 'til Wolf Creek Colorado opens....in the middle of October!!!! It beats Copper, Loveland, and everwhere in Colorado

When it gets cold enough Bromley tests its snow-making and makes this huge pile of snow at the top of the mountain...me and my friends are going to hike up with our skis and build a kicker...yipee!
