thats true freezy, PHP is simple once you get sued to the syntax and everything although it is 10000000 times more powerful than HTML will ever be.
i recommend PHP as a language for budding webd evelopers. huge resource out there and loads of help forums and plenty of other PHPers who will be more than willing to help you out as a begginer.

PHP is a lot harder than HTML, although as far as a programming language goes, it's pretty straight forward. HTML isn't actually a programming language, it's a markup langue; it's used to format text.
As far as security in the forum... that's my little secret.
And yes, I do sell the code, but not just like 'here is the code, it costs this much'. I do custom work for people and implement different parts of this site on theirs.
