THAT WAS SUCH BULLSHIT. There were peopole there who saw it too. I think one was Noah?(orange goggles, black set up?) But my break broke when I under rotated a terrible 9 at the bottom of the jump at 7springs. My ski then flew off and was stopped by a 7springs employee. I skied down said "thansk so much" and he siad no more skiing till that is fixed. I said "I knwo sir I'll do it right away" then HE STARTED YELLING AT ME. ANd I said "sir I am agreeing with you why are you giving me an attitude" He responded with "don't be a wise ass" and he clipped my ticket. So then I was pissed but didn't raise my voice or swear at all. I said "come on man I was agreeing with you, why are you giving me such a hard time. My ski broke and I'm gunan get it fixed and I'm going home now" So then he was like "yea go home get out of hear" so I told him he was on a power trip. He then TOOOK MY ski and walked down to the head ticket office.

There at the ticket office he got some guy above him and I went up to that guy and calmly tried to explain my side of the story. This guy said "Just shut up" I responded with who the hell are you to tell me to shut up. I took my ski back and walked back towards the park to get the guys name. I ask the guy his name and he said "Captain Al" then he said "if I wasn't in uniform I would teach you a lesson" I said "sir are you threatening me?" He responded with "Damn right I am, do you even have a father?"

WHAT THE FUCK. I DIDN'T SWEAR, RAISE MY VOICE, OR EVEN DISAGEE WITH HIM. I JUST SAID YOU ARE ON A POWER TRIP. FUcking I filed a complaint with some guy high up there at 7springs so hopefully I get hookd up with a free pass or something, but damn that was bullshit. I love 7springs but Captain Al must die.

he said your ski was hauling ass down the hill and some guy stopped and talked to you about it and freaking took you and your ski and walked off thats such bullshit

that is not your fault at all its a ski malfunction

wow i didnt read that whole thread till just now and that "captain al" is the biggest douchebag at 7 springs

my buddies and i were messing with his ticket from the other day and tried to see if a sharpie would work to look like the other day and it did but he bought a ticket for that day

big captain al started flipping out we were real nice to him and were like he bought a ticket and stuff and he was like i dont give a rats ass your lucky i dont fine you right now you punk ass kids and then i got pissed i was like fuck you whats your name he said "captain al" i was like alright your the biggest dick head ive seen here and im doing everything i can to get your ass fired

and he didnt say anything and we skied on the lift i complained but obviously he is still out being a dick head to the rest of 7 springs damn i hate that guy i want to fucking kill him!!!!
 
I mean he threatened me and insulted my family asking if I even had a father because I am such an asshole. He said "society is going to kick your ass if I don't you dumb kid" Mean while he is a 60 yr old lifty and I'm pre-med. He is such a dick, we should just fuck with him from now on. And dude if I need a witness if the mountain asks would your dad be able to help
 
yeah i just showed him this and he was like wow that guy was being such a dick head to that kid as long as it was a ski malfunction that guy had no right to do that

yeah if you need a witness or something just send me a message my dad would be glad to help
 
Wow man, I can't believe he said that stuff to you, thats rediculous, even if you HAD done something wrong. Hopefully they get rid of that guy.

thats such bullshit there were old people without park passes skiing the spot and they never got shit and "captain al" gives you shit about that

I hate hearing shit like this. It makes you not wanna go there. If management is getting complaints about him they should just can his ass, they have all the reason in the world too.
 
its like all the officials up there are being asses

i got my pass threatened for sking open terrain because the patroller was acting all tough and he didnt even know it was open....and another time for skiing "too fast" on a trail with nobody on it ..the only chill patrollers are the ones in the spot
 
yea let me just say the park crew are the coolest guys on the mountain. I wish they would just run the whole mountain
 
so heres the thing about seven springs... everyone there has sticks up their asses. they took out all comment boxes so no one could complain... so start writing letters. write letters and emails so they have to know.

there are some rumours going around amongst the springs staff that have to do with some VERY bad news for the park.... all because seven springs has one giant rod stuck up its ass.

Shoot I hope they don't screw over the park in coming years. They are just starting to step their game up this year, I can't imagine Nutting would suddenly turn his back on the parks.
 
I hate it when this shit happens. The worst are the parents that think they are better than you just because they are older and they think you're just some punk kid. They send they're kids through the park only to have them crawl up the lips. Just the other day this kid goes up a lip and doesnt make it and he is sure as hell he will. So I yell at the kids to move and he doesn't. So I ski up to the little kid to tell him to move. And before I even get to say anything the parent comes barreling out of nowhere almost tackling straight through me. He starts yelling at me that I have no right to tell his kid what to do and stuff like that. I was like WTF dude. And I pull the smart kid approach and go with the I thought your kid was hurt because he fell down so I skied down here to help him. And the dad looks like a complete ass hole and just picks up his son and skis off with him.
 
I find some parts of InfernoHits story to be strange. Are you sure that all of that happened? Are you positive that everything that you said happened. I was there that day as well and I don't recall some of those things occuring.
 
no I didn't make an alias. I'm not Captain Al. I was there though and I never said he was lying I just said that there are some things that aren't consistent in the story. Is your name really William Tell or do dudes just shoot things off your head everyday?
 
i see that this dick head is causing hell for the free skiiers i say we find out a day hes working and have like everyone from ns just go up their n rais hell lol see what he says then n when he does say something n theirs like 30 40 kids their ready to swing poles or skis maby hell learn the lesson that being a dick head does not pay off lol
 
yea for sure what i would have done this ski patrole man tried to take my friends ski this season bk we were hikein the park and he was like yelling at us from the bottom and we couldnt here him because our headphones were on so he runs up to us starts bitching us out n tryes to take my firends ski we were being nice but the dude was also on a power trip watch the like last 30 seconds of this or so ull see its pretty funny it happend to be on a filming day
 
yesterday this ski patroller stopped us and gave us a rulebook thing...and right after that we were riding giant steps lift up and we saw these kids with an instructor throwing toys down the hill and going and picking them up and when the ski instructor did that he cut 2 dudes off...so i threw my rule book at him
 
Word, ask any of the Springs crew I rode with this past weekend or anyone I ride with in general. I get PISSED when kids screw up anything in the park. Using rails as jumps and carving down landings pisses me off more than anything.

Actually at Springs two guys rolled up in the Spot and I was sitting on the benches there with El*Train and these two guys come up. One went and hit the flat bar bus box thingy as a jump and I looked at his friend and just told him flat out "Don't hit the rail as a jump" in an annoyed tone. He went down and looked like he was going to hit it and then pulled off to the side. It's just like go to the mini park if you want small jumps stay out of the real parks.
 
Thank god I didn't come across this guy. I have a short temper with people who give freeskiers shit just because of their reputation and such. That and the fact that I didn't have a ticket on Saturday...ohhh snap.
 
for real man im on the park crew at sno mtn n its fucking crazy i lay my skis infront of the rails as i try to groom them and the kids like go right around them n me n still hit the rail lip as a jump and not only does it suck bk then the park sucks but more fucking work for me BULL SHIT i just throw my skis on ride down n tell thems strait up you cant do that n if they gimme tude i call the supervisor n they get kicked it sucks but its got to be done ya know...the SMALL parks are made for a reason
 
518 bratt is good at stopping that. She flipped shit on a family for taking their kids in the park. The dad didnt wanna listen to any of the guys saying not to bring the kids there so she told that dude what was up. needless to say I doubt we see them in the park again.
 
dude, i was down there with noah and dave wright when you got tossed from the mountain, ive never seen that happen to anyone ever before. and if they just had to kick you out, then why don't they kick all the newbs out wen their skis come off and hit people? i think that is the most absolute bullshit thing i've ever heard.
 
Yeah I definitely tell off people at least 8 times a day in the park. It really gets old and it never ends...what the helllll.
 
Fuck seven springs don't ride there, its a shitty mountain anyway. Go to the knob or if you got a car come to Bear.

Coming from someone who's probably better than you, I thought springs had a good park and was a decent mountain. There's some mad chill people there and I don't think anything in the area can match the park. So yeah, fuck you.

the jumps them selves arent 40 but with such long steep landings you can take them 40 easy. very easy.

by the way noone was up there today and it was great WTF

i was one of like 3 people who hit the jumps untill about 3 oclock???
 
close to 40 if not 40 and poppy as shit. You can easily throw 9s without them looking hucked over the jumps. They are big and fun
 
I was there today, I may have seen you I don't know. I was hitting the jumps a little but stopped because the snow was too inconsistent.
