How do you take the shin/ top foot piece/hard piece that you push up to buckle your boots? How do you take that whole piece off? The Hard piece that wires go over to buckle your boot? i have seen that people have switched them and i want to know how to take them off a little help pleaseThanks
 
It called a tongue lol.

And its super simple, look at where the hinge point is, and pull each little metal thing straight out of the hole its in.
