It just hit me really badly today. I woke up and watched a clip of some guy skiing montblanc, 4 hours later and 2 ski films later i am jonsing.

2 months ski sober, 5 to go :(

I am not a fan of rails (kinda suck at them), but cliff jumping gives me a rush similar to skiing. I really miss snow and the mountains more than hitting jumps. I just get really good vibes from winter

Same, and all my friends that ski are just as devoted to rollerblading where as im much more dedicated to skiing than rollerblading, so none of them like to make summer set ups, mine is just one rail, so its really not enough, plus i was out for half my season with broken limbs so i didnt get a good enough fix of skiing during the season

the way i see it is this. there are roughly 4-5 months until snow falls here in the northeast. but if you exclude the two months of summer, thats only 2-3 months longer. so we are already halfway there!
they told me to think this way at skiing anonymous.

Pfff I know the feelin! I could be skiing an indoor slope right now it's only 2,5 hours away, but my knee decided to tear my ACL 1,5 months ago..

pff I always travel by train, before my knee thing, I went to my indoor slope like 4/5 times a week. we got 6 indoor slopes in the netherlands, and they are all in 3 hours reach.

FFFFFFUUUUU JAMIE YOU MADE ME LOSE THE GAME. anyway, we all want to ski. get a summer setup, or if you like cliffs, go cliff jumping, it's that simple.

yeah well my new boots came in the mail 3 days ago. ive been wearing them around the house. (dont judge:)

FUUUUUUUUUUUU skiing is so far away.

it doesn't say the pricing. I am gonna call them tomorrow and ask. I will find a way to get there if it reasonable and i can convince 2 friends to go there

At first i was kinda like, "oh yeah, another season under my belt at my shitty park, but I had some amazing pow days.". Then I went to Mammoth last Friday-Sunday and I am missing skiing more than ever. I rode dope park and had some of the most fun I've had in awhile.

I hear ya man. I'm staying save by buying gear for next year and working on my aerial awareness on the trampoline and at our gymnastics place with a foam pit. Might take up a class actually..

come to MHSSC and ski at hood son. Sunny, 23 degrees, above the clouds right mnyah, snow flakes fallin in govy.

I didn't know that was open yet, I am a dumb ass I live like 2 hrs. from that. Is there a park and if so has anyone been there yet, like what kind of features do they have? Also I heard the pricing will be reasonable but I really don't think its open yet.

Crazy snow in CO yesterday... great thing nothing is open. Copper's pipe area is covered deep in white, a rail set up would do the trick... hmm.

Bird was fun last weekend.

So wait, do we know if this thing is open? I think I live a little under an hour from there.

It's a giant eyesore, it looks like it's made of legos too. But if there's snow inside...

I know my parents say that every time we go to the city. I emailed them like a month ago and they never responded. I asked about prices and if they had a park. I heard mom say the whole project recently went bankrupt and they are waiting for someone to buy it to finish construction. It was supposed to be open a year or two ago but it never happened so I would be surprised if they were open now and I did not hear about it.

just thought about how stoked im going to be come the first day of skiing next season. that hour to two hour ride is going to seem like forever.
