I want to die

i dont know about anyone else, but this has been some global warming huh?

we never even broke into the hundreds yet here. last year this time i remember we were having full weeks of temps in the hundreds. what gives?

Global warming contributes to more evaporation of surface water and melting of ice caps which in turn, puts more fresh water into the the ocean which in turn, changes the gulf stream which in turn, causes the northern hemisphere to cool down which in turn, helps cloud the skies with cold moisture which in turn, leads to more snow fall.

We are entering the next ice age.

yay!!! more snow

your right though it hasen't even been in the 90's here for more than one straight day

instead of quoting papasteeze...

global warming isn't really all of the story. kids need to delve deeper into the issue, and yes, look into the gulf steam thing. the changing levels of salination does mean that the gulf stream may slow, stop, or even reverse, meaning we could get more snow or become rainy and moderate like britain. It's kinda hard to tell right now, but it doesn't really matter, I plan to have busted my knees long before this happens, and thread maker won't have to worry either, because he will be dead soon too.

then do the hokey pokey and turn yoself around if there is really going to be an ice age will it happen in our lifetime?

they really shouldn't call it global warming.

ontario is having a pretty cold summer so far! i remember in years past where we'd go a week or two with temperatures in the 30+ range now if we get one day like that per week im amazed

it was 62 this morning. nearly unheard of, today it didn't reach over 70 - I am telling you we all are going to freeze to death before we burn up.

but if that is true, all the ski and snowboard compagnies complaining about global warming and actually making their movie about it(cough*plehouse*cough) are all false.
