I am 5'7, 150 pounds, and ride about 50 % park , 50% all mountain (mostly glades, and powder when its fresh).

I want something fairly stiff, stable for skiing high speeds.. and a price point of about 500$.

I was looking mainly at the Armada el reys, or the line blends, or maybe even the volkl bridges.

Let me know what you think

this doesnt help u decide but i'm also getting the el reys, and since it would be wierd if we both had the same skis and then we saw each other, i wouldnt get the el reys :)

I would get PE 169 with your size/weight. Good for park, and good for all mountain. Not the best for powder though.

The scratches are great all mountain skis for someone your size.

ps... I have a pair of 171 scratch bc wrs for sale. message me if you're interested.

the blends and bridges would both be very good just depends how fat u want ur ski but sa far i can say I would lean more towards the Bridges for u

The PEs arent realy an option, I already own a pair

Id like to have something a little fatter and a little livelier, although I do love my PEs

blends for sure. i have mine true center and they are the best ski i have ever had. so stable but still have pop. so much fun in the park too.

get the 4frnt msp for sure. epsecially if you want a stiffer ski. the only thing that the msp lacks is it doesnt have that much pop, but enought to do park. get dat fo sho. especially cuz of the college program

someone right now on this site is trying to sell his brand new 08 k2 seths for 475!!! a steal and they would be perfect for you.

I'm leaning more towards the blend..

Anybody know if they are heavy at all , like compared to the PEs? and where should I mount ?

Im going to be doing lots and lots of groomers too, and pipe too, I wonder if a 90mm waist is a bit too much

yeah those.

or

These:

Big Trouble

Fischer Misfits or whatever they are called

Line Prophet 100

Rossi Brigade

Lib Tech NAS Freeride

i just posted a thread for 4frnt MSP's and they probly what you are looking for they are 180s and i would seel them for 400 and they have been used only in powder a few times

sounds crazy but you might want to look at the elizabeth from line. its 110 under foot but its acutally pollard's park ski. if you sont like that then id try the 4frnt MSP or Armada AR6

not stiff whatsoever.

I suggest the line chronic or blend. I have the chronic wides from 06 and I love them so much. They rip everywhere pretty much, except for the thick PNW powder which I got nordica enforcers for.
