Slide the first part of Harvey's rail, then hop off onto the staircase right before the flat. Have a little lip built up there so you launch off the flats and go 630 on to the rest of the rail.

there is a rail over at WSU that is about 60ft long and its over the entrence to a underground parking garage the ground is over 70 ft from the top of the rail and on the other side is a about 4 feet hahahahah crazy shit
