I think my friend is a ski snob?

First of all for people who don't know what a ski snob is, it's some one who passes up skiing cuz they think it's not worth it... or cuz it's not great skiing....

--my friend refused to go skiing at mt. snow cuz he thinks it's not worth it...

we go to vermont sunday at 5:00-8:00 then we ski monday from 8:00-4:00 and then come home. He's not going to go skiing this weekend either...

Is he a ski snob?

 
yeah i guess, its all their personality, i, proably like you, will ski on anything, no matter what the conditions i want to ski from first chair to last chair, thats why i ski alone, but if the kid doesnt want to go, dont force him, i did it to one of my friends this past weekend at mt snow, and at about 10 o clock he went into the lodge and didnt come out till 2 i just felt bad i dragged him out
 
hah i only went twice sking both were only on 2 trails and both was for 2 to 3 hours. so add it up and its not even a whole ski day for me atleast.
 
well i rock a season pass so that i can go no matter how shitty the conditions are and still enjoy it. but if you pay like 60 bucks and get bored of what's there in like 20 minutes that's kinda shitty. I'm gonna say the deciding facor is: does he have a season pass or was he gonna buy a ticket?
 
No NO no By FAR the worst is kids that refuse to go to a certain mountain because the park isnt as good as another resorts but cant even hit all of the "shitty" mountains park features except like a box er 2

that just pisses me off ecspecialy when they have a season pass there

they usualy only do it so they can be Kool like all the other kids who hate the place
 
^yeah i dont think i would spend my own money going up to some mountain where i have to buy a pass right now with these conditions, since i have a pass to a different mountain
 
I must be a ski snob too, because I would pass that up, like this last weekend, I went mt biking in shorts and short sleeves instead of wasting my money on skiing.
 
Pretty sure he's just apathetic. I know plenty of people like that. Most of them ski lots and just aren't that excited about it anymore as a result.
