does anyone know what uvm will do to me if they caught me shotgunning a beer in the shower, searched me and found a pipe with no weed. then searched my room and found an empty bottle of peppermint schnapps? the campus cops were the guys doing the searching. I didnt get arrested so im pretty happy about that, but as far as me dealing with that residential shit, do u think its going to be a big deal?
 
Holy shit. It sounds like they don't fuck around up there. Do you guys just have to take your parties off campus or what?
 
You're fine. People get written up at college all the time. They'll probably just make you do some community service or some shit.

How the fuck did they catch you while you were in the shower?
 
my floor is kind of a "problem floor" so the RA's do rounds at random times and they walked by the guys bathroom and heard the distinct sound of a knife going into a beer accompanied by the sound of cans getting crushed. tehy come in and wonder why there are 6 feet in the shower stall.

Hahahah, I'm just kidding. But if you're not taking a shower, you should probably be doing that shit behind a locked door. A little beer on the carpet never hurt anyone.

There's nothing like taking a beer with you into the shower though.
 
not sure what will happen, but i would imagine they won't kick you out. they do take that shit seriously up there though.
 
its a first offense so im not worried about that. i just dont want any fines. I dont mind community service and shit. but if they find a pipe and no weed can they still slap me witha paraphernelia charge? if so, what does that mean without weed?
 
dont be silly, its a "Tobbacco" pipe. just say you bought your "Tobacco" pipe at northern lights or something.
 
hahaha your fine your on probabtion. ive had so much shit go down at uvm its so gay. first went to parking lot to get these girls shit that were satying with me. cop pulls up and asks what we did with the handle. i look at the girls confused. they say oops. im in trouble.
then room gets searched cuz my roomates were smoking weed. i had an empty airsoft gun. oops. counts as a weapon i guess. bullshit if u ask me
then i got caught smoking in the room. and havent had my hearing for that yet.. but point is dont worry about it just be careful you'll be fine
 
pipes paraphenalia, no fines unless you had hard liquor. which counts as community booze and then they charge you 150 if you had substansial booze to get more than 1 person drunk. ie handle, keg, beerball
 
your gonna have to meet with some douchebags who will decide your punishment, probably have to write a paper do some other bullshit.
 
they will definitely fine you and charge you but it's not a real paraphernalia charge that goes on a police record or anything so you're alright in the long run.
