I called bullshit on the entire thing untill i read this then i changed my mind to like 98% truth. This mindfucked me, gave me the chills all that because this has actually happened to me!!!! no joke this is fucked. i was sleeping then only my mind woke up and i felt like there was some creature pinning me down by my hands and if i closed my eyes i could see an ailien type reptile and i was scared as shit,woke up in the morning shook it off, went on ns later that night read this, and shit myself:

Sleep Paralysis is an actual, documented event. It has something to do with if you wake up before the cycle of REM sleep is complete then you may experience paralysis for a couple seconds or, in rare cases, for a couple hours. Still totally scientific.
