I will be the kid rocking the Burton Ronin 3L pinstripe later this season only doing 3s and crappy fives on medium to short jumps. Get over it? yep.

haha. im gonna have 2 suits, both matching: orange obermeyer and electric blue aeryx. Along with this years crichtons and 07 Scratch BC's. I will also be rocking super bright custom made helmet.

AND i suck balls! cant even hold the grab.

you're really an 8th grade teacher? that's whack, i wish i had teachers like that. a teacher with better stuff and better skills than yourself would be awesome.

Yeah, hopefully I will be rocking Bacon's and Anthem's. 4frnt 614's. A full areyx suit. and possibly next years dalbellos. Along with an assortment of Anons.

I suck balls. Probably harder than the rest. But screw it. I have fun. I go with people that like to have fun. It doesn't matter what you're throwing...as long as you're out there. Everyone has to learn sometime and somewhere. I got over the showing up the next guy wayyy back in HS. I just like nice things. Anything wrong with that?

Ha same. This year im gonna be rocking a new Burton AK jacket, Burton vent pant, AR5's, wisdoms, and hopefully a RED helmet. I paid for all of it with my own money so I dont really give a shit what people say

well i think thats pretty good for a guy that skis at virginia, im not saying that people there are bad but they kind of are because they dont get to ski as much as other people do

but in all honesty i'm an amazingly steezy skiier and i wear spyder pants from 2 years ago and a lumberjacket

wow, someone who understands! I always joke with my buddy that if we grew up in an area that had more than 2 terrible jumps and a couple of rails and actually started freeride before we were over the hill (yes, I will be 26 this year) then we would be sick. haha, a guy can dream, can't he? And yes, I have never skied more than 10 times in a season

As Jack Black said in Envy, "Expensive clothes just feel better." I can' really even do threes that clean, but I still have fun in my white and brown Siver/Foursquare getup.

i have lots of nice gear cause i work in a shop and get sick discounts. i'm totally awesome though, so it's ok.

doesnt matter if you have cool clothes or whatever as long as you are just having funs and chilling with friends its all godd, besides we all enjoy skiing the most dont we, clothing or whatever shouldnt really matter that much, anyone lese think so

keep talking, you guys are making me feel good about my my skills as a 25 year old. haha, this is great. "Welcome to Skifashionoholics Anonymous, I've got $3,000 in gear and just can't seem to stop casing that 20 footer." Keep shredding, who gives a flip, steeze is steeze, rock it. Atleast you'll look good in the lodge.

I have some sick gear (next yrs 9th yard puffy camo, next yrs anons) and I didn't even have to pay for any of it...won them at ski camp.

hmmmmmmm......i this year i am going to have a brand new suit from planet earth...new armada poles...new phenom smith goggles...new volkl karmas and new mojo 15 binders...and i am one of the sketchiest skiers i know around my area/world...lol

Hmmm... I'll be wearing the same old Burton stuff as I did last year and be probobly injured for half the year! Go me! Whoop!

you would be surprised. I live in VA, and i am like an hour and ten minutes from the nearest place to ski.

granted the skiing sucks, but skiing is skiing. Ski liberty has some good jumps, just watch the roundtop riders vid from lib.

Wintergreen sucks for park. Their park is on a green run.

Sweet then dont fucking post in the thread!! Why would you post something that says no comment you fucking umpa lumpa

the point of it was that folks were posting about how you shouldn't own nice gear if you aren't quite good, and that isn't true. My comment was insinuating that you should be able to wear whatever style you want, regardless of your skill. I bet I can beat 99% of this site in basketball but you don't see me telling everyone they can't rock nice shoes or sick shorts or jerseys.

Im decent at sking, and this year ill be rocking 05 scratches (beat to hell) a red oakley jacket (dont even know the name) Black sessions pants, really old soloman boots, and a giro nine. Im hoping my gf will buy me goggles. I just cant justify spending that much on skis and gear to ski a whole 300ft vert in the twin cities.

just another reason you should be pushing yourself harder and trying new tricks so you can up your skill to fit the suit

I really don't care. I appreciate the fact that I have the $ to scrape by and go skiing in something other than a sweatshirt ( not much more).

i work at a skate/snow shop and ill be rocking snake skin jacket pants helm and goggles what now. (go pro deals, yay for like 65% off)
