I spilled pot all over my cat.

I dont mean to claim but the other day i spilled a bit of pot on my cat, Cleo. She seemed to like it and was purring prefusely. I tried to clean it off her but alot of it had gotten down into her fur, so there is still some deep down therre. I know this because i had her in my lap today and when she jumped off there was pot on my shirt. i don't know what to do, will it hurt her if i vacuum her?
