i saw the eric pollard pro model line ski and it was sick. It is the same size as the mothership but it wos built with a wood base. the top had a night seen.

 
wood base? taking it back to the old school....

actually, it has a wood core... like all the line skis. and it's about 10mm thinner at the waist than the mo'ship.

yeah, pollard doesnt ski in the east so he doesnt need that muchuva sidecut

pretty good looking ski. kind of quiets the rumors of line going the way of the pog or shag carpet. too bad i won't be getting a new pair of skis for a few years.

They are indeed 10 cm thinner... moship at 97, pollard at 86... I'm not 100% sure on the tip/tail, but I think it's a 116/100.

yeah those are dope, and they ride like butter, cant wait to get them. plus the Line Binding to switch it up to MoShips, Skogens or MIke Nicks, i dont think you can go wrong.

 
So they are similiar dimensions to the V-Pro? Thats great, but I wonder how stiff they are, because it seems to be most lines are to soft for my liking. I would be very interested in demoing that ski.

i talked to eric and he said that the base will stay the same but he has his own drawing on top that he created himself. he said it is wicked sick and everyone has to wait till next year to see em. they come in 186 and the pic on this site of them are just the demos with out his painting on them yet.
