I've had plus and minus' there. Their movie premieres are the shit, they have great gear selection, and good sale prices. My one issue was I took my Bents in after I ripped the heel piece out on one my second week of skiing them. I talked to the one guy about getting them warrantied and he said they'd send it in since K2 would cover it, as it didn't look like mounting error. It took me a week to find the ski and there is possible water damage in the core, so I wanted a new ski. He rang me up for a new mount, which when I had my Rossi Scratches warrantied for pressure cracks the guy at my old shop gave it to me for free. But I figured whatever, its only 20 bucks and they were very helpful. I leave my boots and skis there, get a call a week later saying they're done. I get in and they had repaired the ski my epoxying in some king inserts, and charged me $80 for the work. Hopefully my cores don't have water damage, but I was a little bent about the misunderstanding. Oh, and $2.50 for a stick of p-tex? I used to pay between $1-$0 at my old shop. But maybe I'm just getting greedy now.
But another positive, I lost my park baskets for my Armada poles (that I didn't even buy there), and one of the guys working there just grabbed some off another set of poles and gave them to me free. My friend goes through a few pairs of brakes a season on his Looks. He used to pay $15-20 for replacements at our old shop in MT, but only $10 here.
I hope this didn't come across too negative. They are a very legit shop, and I buy there whenever I need something I'm not getting off tramdock.
