It seems at some point they gave out stickers on their site

I know, I got a pair of their skis, but can't find stickers, its infuriating.

Imagine thinking skis are trash because the user hits the noses into something hard enough to dent and it dents.

I skied them 4 times in powder and didn’t hit many rocks

So you smashed your ski on a hard object likely a rock and there’s understandable damage. What am I missing?

I didn’t smash it the tail just started separating like that. This thread is mostly satire.

The fact that it’s the tail changes everything, initially thought that was the tip and 100% assumed it was user error. That’s bizarre tho, did you contact faction about warranty?

Lol just wondering how that separation happened. Highly doubt it was out of nowhere

Yea I contacted them but I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t warranty it because it’s not like I snapped the ski or anything

So you SWEAR it’s not impact? If so, maybe send faction a different pic because that 100% looks like impact

I sent them multiple pics of the tail and I’m 100% sure it wasn’t impact

OP leaned his skis against his bmw and they fell onto pavement. Probably scratched the car, similar post on the bimmer forum there's a bmw sticker on the other side of the can. Needs one of those ski leaning gizmos you glue to your car. Could hold it on there with unobtanium stickers.

That’s what really happened yea

Funny thing is, you're a lying piece of shit and that's definitely from impact damage. Delams don't bend metal edges, you fucking gaper.

But yeah, keep on trashing a company because you fucked up and ruined your gear.

We fix more factions in our shop more than any other ski. They definitely seem to break down much quicker than any other brand I’ve worked on.

i know this is satire but it is funny how a metal edge will just tear into your high-tech skis

Lol people who have factions. It’s not a big deal just observations over the past few years. I’m sure factions are great skis, but they definitely are less durable than most others. I feel like this is pretty common knowledge.

Lol skis are not high-tech. The great skis out there may be constructed with artful skill that makes them stand out, but I garuntee you that the technology behind ski making is not cutting edge. The only place where it might be considered high-tech is in the manufacturing of some of the materials before the ski companies even buy them, such as making carbon fibers or certain epoxies.

what i means is like there was years of development put into these skis (past models, materials, manufacturing) and they still manage to crumble when you kind of clack them a weird way or hit a rock.
