I Pod Trouble

ok so my 40 gb ipod, not video, has locked up and i let it sit all day hoping the battery would die so i could to something with it but nothings happening. i plugged it into computer and it does nothing. how do i get it to unfreeze?

Try the restart (toggle hold 3 times and then hold menu and select, or maybe its play and select?) If that doesn't work, send it in.

i had the same problem, restart it, there r directions in the instruction manual

Hold the middle button and the menu button until it resets.

Throw it against the wall really hard, that usually works for mine.

I took mine to NYC and threw it off the empire state building, fixed it right now.
