I pod shuffle

I GOt one a couple weeks ago. i like it alot, you just make your own playlists and it just plays them like that or you can mix it up. it doesnt seem like anything will break it. you can tsee what your listening to so if that bothers you dont get it, but i like it caus ei know what i put on it. ithink it iwll be good for skiing.
 
I rock a regular ipod and typically just put it on random while im skiing so i guess the shuffel would be perfect for skiing.
 
i got one free and it's ok. I really pick and choose my songs, so I don't like random stuff. So, if you want a menu screen or more than 120 songs on it, then get a bigger ipod, otherwise it's great.
 
sorry guys, some people asked me if i would sell it. I can't cause, I still like it, it's just doens't fit all my wants i guess. plus, it's used, has scratches and stuff, and i could only sell it for $50, and it's worth more to me.
 
You can get the same size flash player for way cheaper; i mean since your getting a flash player style or tech. dosent really matter at all(as long as its USB 2.) Personally i wouldn't buy it -- fourtunatly i got mine for free.
 
You know, i haven't found itunes to be that usefull for me. I only use it to get stuff on the shuffle. besides it's not that difficult to use some other proprietary software.
