I phone help

I got a brand new i phone around thanksgiving, a couple weeks ago I was drunk and threw it in the middle of broad street in Philly. Not a good idea, but apple was kind enough to give me a phone for $200. I am guessing it was refurbished and thats why I am having problems.

To the problem, whenever I recieve or make calls I can hear the other line perfectly but the person on the other line can't hear me. Also, all of the apps are screwed up. Any idea how to fix this? I only need the phone to work this weekend and then after that it won't matter because I'll be home and be able to take it to the Apple store.

Why don't you read what I wrote. Apple gave me a new phone for $200, the second phone I got from them is shitting the bed. NSG is a piece of shit because of you fucks, if you don't have anything constructive to say then don't respond.

And I did email them, they said to send it back. To bad I can/t get the box from them because I am at school and a p.o box.

Ya its with a new contract. The phone they gave me for $200 was a replacement instead of paying $600 for a new i phone.

seems like youre screwed for the weekend. the voice thing sounds like a service issue not a phone thing. the apps could be from some fucked up refurb. just call them up or wait till your back and go to apple.
