let me know if iam way off here, but arent orange names for people who acctually work in the ski industry, like a rep, or owner of a company?
 
He's a cool kid and he's definitely amazing, but I don't think he's involved enough to get an orange name. He isn't really making big changes in the industry. Its dope that he's on 9 but I thought the orange was for people who owned companies/top skiers...

how about we give every sponsored kid on this website an orange name, itd be such a good idea, cuz every kid is sponsored by their parents so everyone is an orange person in their parents heart's
 
i think he def deserves it, Ive talked to him before and hes wicked chill and he can fucking destroy rails. I say make him orange.
 
I dont think he should if he isnt working for any company or stuff like that. I dont think that being sponsored (unless youre a superpro like Jon or something like that) or being a good member is enough
 
here's the problem with the orange name shit: its just become another status symbol, so like if you have it, youre cool.

Who the fuck cares if he is good/sponced/etc? do you realize how many fucking pros, many of whom some of you just adore so much, roam this site.... with just blue names and shit?

It's a color for somebody that is really in the industry. Problem is, that's too ambiguous at times, so it seems like people that are like mingling in the industry get the orange, while people who are like in the industry are also orange. It should be for the latter, and certainly not some stupid fucking status thing, just because the person is "legit."

Its pretty comical how so much of NS sucks orange/green/red cock (last one is a bit more understanding, though) just because of the status thing, even if some members are kind of like... meh. Whatever. Pretty funny though.
 
im gonna have to agree.. colors to me are just to identify people easier.. (mods, ski industry, owners, and of course... girls).

dude if phil casabon isn't in orange, why should this guy? I dont mean to be a downer, but I think phil has achieved more results. I'm not saying he shouldn't have orange, I'm just saying that there are some boss pros on here who don't have orange, so I don't think its that huge of a deal
