background is my friend(lets call him andy) had been dating this chick(lets call her sam) for a little over 6 months, everything was goin well. go back to last monday, final party before classes start again everyones havin a good time people are drinkin. now andy wasnt at this party cause he was visiting his dad but his girlfriend sam was.

Couple hours into the party this kid (that your messaging) started giving sam tequila shots. This kid routinely goes to parties and gets girls super drunk and hooks up with them, not many people like him anymore. now keep in mind sam is already drunk and a fairly lightweight. he gave same about 6 shots of tequila after she was already drunk. Now as sam was just about pass out drunk i saw this kid tryin to pull sam into another room, and after a little while of trying in her drunken state she agreed to follow him. Well this kid ended up hooking up with her when she was super drunk and he knew she had a boyfriend. Sam basically balled her eyes for 2 days trying to get andy to take her back. meanwhile andy got very pissed and has no idea what to do.

so you can call this other kid a player but i say its a dick move, and being one of andy's good friends, i thought i'd maybe piss this other kid off a bit for pullin that shit.

sorry if that was confusin but thats somewhat of the story
 
I think it is pretty lame to bring your personal troubles onto newschoolers, asking for people to go torment this guy. You should at least have given a back ground story.
 
ill give you the benefit of the doubt and say time wasnt on your side, but go and read and then decide if this dude shouldnt be tormented

 
you should have confronted him there instead of indirectly through ns. Im not trying to be a hardass or anything but if i saw a guy trying to pull that shit with one of my friend's girls i probably would end up fighting him.

sounds alot like what happened to me. except my best friend got my girl friend drunk and high for the first time and hooked up with her. I beat the shit out of him. And no i didnt take her back. but umm ill help you out and fuck with this dude.

Alcohol is no excuse for this sorry. Yes the other guy was a dick doing that and the girl should have seen the more than obvious signs: free shots of tequilla, extended flirting etc. But he did not force the girl into anything she did that herself. I've been in the situation where I was piss drunk and could have cheated on my girlfriend with a girl way hotter than her but I didn't because I'm not a fucking retard. Oh and by the way I was 14 when that happened.

i will just cause i know the state of drunkness lightweight teenage girls can get. and to those saying it was her fault yeah she should have realized when to slow down..but if there new to drinking then they dont know when.

Sorry about the first post, I was typing it as your responded. However I have a few major complaints about the way this is being handled this.

First of all your buddy 'andy' should be handeling this on his own. He should have either just gone and beat the shit out of the guy, or been slightly more honorable, and gone up to him and tell him face to face that he is chickenshit, and that getting girls drunk in order to hook up with them puts him one step away from rape charges, and makes him a total sleeze bag. That is one of the biggest problems I see here, you are dealing with this not your friend.

Secondly, this chick 'Sam' should be doing something other then crying her eyes out. While I am not sure what your laws in Canada are regarding intoxication, in the US she would have grounds of charging him with Sexual Assault, which would fuck his life up for good not to mention it sounds like he should have been charged a long time ago. 'Sam' at least needs to confront him personally face to face. Public areas such as school would be a better place for such confrontations for obvious safety reasons.

Third, bringing this to NS does nothing, it will just make the guy more pissed off, with little chance of changing anything. It shows him that people are too scared of him to confront him personally, thus increasing his confidence in his ability to get away with things like this. It also puts you in line for harassment charges.

Lastly, and most importantly, this incident should have never of happened. It is your responsibility as 'andy's' friend (and I assume that you are friendly with the girl as well) to step in when you noticed what he was trying to do.
