your gonna have to add a little more info- what size is it, do the little globule thingys have to be attached, do the layers have to be attached, does it all have to be coloured? what quality does it have to be and how much are you gonna spend on materials?

its almost impossible to answer your question without any info.... im sure i could add loads of other questions to those- im model making in my product design course at the moment and could throw some ideas.

Eat all the pudding, drink the fifth of Beam in less than 2 hours. Puke all over your driveway and while its comming out and hitting the driveway have your friend blast it with nitrogen, freezing it instantly.

That should give you the desired affect of whatever the hell that is.
