go take a bottle of rubbing alchohol and a rag. Pour a good amount into rag so its wet. you dont want dripping though. put to face, take a deep breath through noise.

Make sure you have someone waking you up though
 
stretch. before it used to take me 2 hours at least to fall asleep now before bed I do my lacrosse stretches and I fall asleep within five minutes
 
clorophorm your mouth , then log off the comp

doesnt matter muchh though, i didnt fall asleep till 4 last night and i got up at 10 and had a full, healthy and active day
 
yes it put me to sleep the first time I watched it. it's like counting sheep, it goes on and on and it never changes. still the same rail, same jump.
