It needs to be a smaller dog (cause I'm a small person) that can swim is hyper and can stand the cold. No I don't want a toy dog, suggestions?

my family has 2 yellow labs and i have grown up with alot of labs, they are boring after a while great dogs.

up for grabs i have a lhasa apso (sp) puppy. size XS, basically new. i only dropped it a few times, but you shouldn't be able to tell. goes pp and poo poo inside, so you have to clean up. doesn't fetch, but knows sit and down commands, but often confuses the two.

i recomend just going to an animal shelter and picking out whichever you bond best with. if you have other animals dont get a huskey cause they are part wolf and will hurt your other animal out of instinct.
 
Well saying you're awesome doesn't give a dog a chance to be loved.

And working at those places should make you NOT want to buy a dog.
 
hey well i want a dog as a puppy, I need a dog i can mold into my life, animal shelters around here don't have small dogs. if your so dedicate for someone to get one from a shelter get one yourself. ive had my share of them. i used to take them into my own house to get them adapted to having a family then giving them away to families who want them alright hun

i had a lab, and she was lovely.. but most of them get pretty big.. i really want like one of thoses little bearded terriers.. but when i first moved out of my dads house and lived alonei had this tiny apartment and so i got a kitten, and it was very nice, because they are much easier to handle.. but seriously.. get one from the pound.. they get puppies.. way too many homeless animals euthanized each year in the us
 
i recently decided i want a border collie, they're soo cute and i saw one at the park and i fell in love.

this is my dog now, she's so old though, it's sad, she can't even get up on beds anymore we have to pick her up

buy a maltese. they are really cute, smaller, can tolerate the cold and love attention. i used to have one but she recently passed away. GET ONE!
 
i have a soft coated wheaten terrier. she absolutely loves the snow. but shes not much of a fan of water. her full size is only about 3 ft tall so shes not that bug either.
 
my bro just got an australian shepherd he is really cute. he is only like 8 weeks old and already loves water he is really enthusiastic ( chases lacrosse ball when i shoot on my goal) dont have a pic but go on google you get a good idea.. they don't get 2 big but they aren't small they sound perfect for you. cause my bro got small apartment and he is fine there name is kyle btw
 
get a cocker spaniel for sure, mine loves the snow, and is a great swimmer, he's only about 25 lbs and comes up to about my knees (im 5'11" for reference)

honestly if you are going to post something, read the rest of the shit first.

my family has two labs and they are theonly knid of dog i have ever had. that is not a toy dog.

a toy dog fits in a purse..
