i ski hard as fuck and when i go down i go down hard i need a ski that can take a fucking bashing

on every thing esp rails

trouble makers are not durable at all, i have heard the the mad trix are fucking bomb proof, you should check those out. i see a lot of really hard skiers on those things

Get the Mad Trix. I ride really hard, too, and I have the PEs. As far as twins go they are stiff, but they are not what I want from a ski. However, I have ridden the Mad Trix and those babies are a lot stiffer and more high performance. They also have more sidecut for quicker turns when needed.

Scratches because if they lasted through what I've put them through then, well, I think they can stand up to almost anything.

no they're actually really strong. and if you wait till next years, they have 4 edges on the urban triplets, 2 on the sides, and 2 built in the bottom for rail durability. and since they use racing bases/p-tex, the base is really durable too

Real Strong: Mad Trix / Scratch / 1080

Atomic Tweak are maybe better now, But 2 years ago I had some & there edges came apart on the curve fm tip to flat base on both skis cause of landing hard off of jumps

 
SCRATCH BS's period. they are fucking bullet proof. Stiff, but if you ski them as hard as you say you do, you should still be able to do butters and such fine. I threw them at a rail w/ A LOT of force, and edges didn't even crack. BC's are deffinatly the way to go.

 
yea. atomics have gotten alot better the last 2-3 years. they used to delam like it was there job. Then again, I broke the front 8 inches off a set of '02 mad trix, back when they sucked balls too

I read ya Lucky, Same as Armada had problems last year but this year they are O.K. (Made by Elan for Armada's specs by the way)

 
Same here. I tried disastering the blue rail at Waterville (anyone who goes there knows what I'm talking about) and came up short on the last kink. Nailed it full on with both skis and nothing even happened to the scratches.

The people recomending volkl and head, got it down right. Whoever said the BC's were stiff though, either weighs under 100 pounds or cannot ski.

right now im using the '06 mojo 90's and previously used the Jojos and they are indestructable, this is coming from a guy who absolutely ruined '05 Troublemakers, and '06 urban triplets in a couple of weeks

And whoever was talking about those new Atomic edges, they do nothing to improve the durability of the outside edge. They used this technology on their snowboards this season, and had bad results.

as for durability, head vokl and pes are all durable skis
