I need some NS creativity

I'm on the student council at my school (no homo) and we are currently planning our "Challenge Cup." This where teams of 10 compete in cool events and everyone takes it really seriously.

What I need for you guys is to help me come up with ideas for little games that take place outside. They can be almost as disgusting (but appropriate enough for school) as you can think of.

For example we have one where there's a slip n' slide that leads into a pool of jello where the contestants have to search for something small like a coin or something.

If you can give me any idea, it will be greatly appreciated!!

Really cool game i learned at camp. Get 2 stumps, the wobblyier the better, and a rope maby 25 feet long. set the stumps 10 feet apart, an have a guy stand on each stump, holding the rope. you hten try to get the other guy to fall off or let go of the rope.
