im gonna try to keep this short becasue i probly ownt ever see a computer again in my life.

i posted a bulletin on myspace saying "dont go to the commons after school, you've been warned." because i was gonna throw some water ballons. anyways i pussied out and didnt bring any balloons to school. but the school found out about the bulliten and now im "suspened and pending investigation". for threatening a school. i feel so bad. i have no idea what to do next. pls help
 
Hmmm, well I honestly wouldn't worry about jail time if that's what you're thinking. Water balloons...I don't know. I mean you didn't do it, so maybe some sort of intent with a deadly weapon? Haha, I'm not sure. I don't think you should worry about not ever seeing a computer again. I don't think they can do anything too severe with you. Just claim it was going to be a prank, and you decided it was a bad idea, and bailed.
 
Yeah man, first of all you are a minor and second you live in a free country. So its legal to post those stuff...
 
Ah dont worry about it i commit a crime at least once a week and im not in jail right now i mean i got pulled over this morning at 345am by two sherriffs while i was not driving but walking! yea you think you got it bad everytime they even catch a whiff of me they drop what they are doin to harass me.....!

Be honest with them, they will be a lot happier with water balloons than guns and bombs. Knowing schools though, they may not be ok with that and think you're lying, in which case keep being honest with them. I have a feeling they thought it was a much bigger deal than it is, so just stick to what really happened and stand up for yourself. Don't be afraid to call them out for being ridiculous is they're being anal about water balloons, just don't be stupid. Be honest and stand up for yourself. You're gonna look back in a year and laugh about this.
 
which won't happen since he was planning on throwing water balloons and nothing happened of it. If they try to pull anything bullshit on you, just call up the ACLU explain the situation. Fuck this country being in fear constantly, water balloons are funny and harmless.
 
a ton of kids got arrested for having a water balloon fight at school a bunch of years ago. it was pretty lame that they did.
 
Just tell them that you weren't going to do anything because your allowance doesn't cover bomb making materials.
 
the seniors at my school always have a water balloon fight on the last day of school but our new bitch principal made them have a cookout
 
i dont think they can do anything just plead the first amendment and say you had a freedom of speech the post that on myspace and plus nothing happend so i dont know why they care
 
ya ull go to a court room and say that you were gonna throw water balloons but you are a lazy person and decided not to and a judge is going to look at you sternly and tell you why what yuo did was wrong and then you are going to put it behind you
 
although out of 99,000 some odd members im sure they dont know wich one is him. even though this thread is a pretty good clue.

no idea, it was really dumb and a huge thing after they arrested everyone. everyone was pissed. it's funny, whenever someone gets yelled at for some small thing now someone says they have nothing to do, they arrested kids for throwing water ballonos!
 
Tell them what you were planning on, IE waterballoons, and then remind them of the fact that they're trampling all over your civil liberties. A lawyer would have a lot to say about them.

You're in the US, everyone threatens everyone with lawsuits. Learn how to play the game.
