if nothing else the 12s should be way more than enough.
but when are you popping out, like at times when its good that youre popping out to avoid acl damage, or like are you popping out when you shouldnt be. huge difference man. depends alot on how big youre going, how good you are, how hard youre riding, and what kind of riding youre doing. racers often set their bindings to extremely high din settings, but that isnt always the best idea when casing it on a rail going 1/10 that speed could still result in you tearing shit.
