Is there anyway of taking a color and swapping it for another color. I have this image and I want a shade of yellow to change into green, but theres tons of parts where its yellow. Is there a tool or way you can automatically swap one color for another?

just use the thing you use for cutting out stuff, the lasso. Go around the entire thing you want a different shade of. Then go into layers, new adjustment layer, then go to color. Then you can do whatevr you want

This is what i mean, check out the duck. it has a yellow rim, i want it allllll green. like the middle, how can i do it

the pen tool is time consuming, an easy way would be paint over it with blue, or green and go through the layer prpberties, like say dissolve, and what not toll you find one that makes it look pirfect then just go around it with the eraser tool with depending the size at about 80-90% hardness... and depending how well you can cut around the edge it will look pirfect and nice and smooth

theres probly alot of ways of doing it. what i would do is make a new layer select the part you want and color over the area green with a low opacity, depending on how green you want you can keep going back over it with a higher opacity.

listen here, use the color range tool it auto selects all the colors and its mad easy its on the top tool bar under one menu but i dont feel like checking

use the magic wand newb, adjust the settings so you can get all the colour you want, or you can select the area and put a colour overlay or adjust.

do you mean "selective color"? if so, thats what i always use, and its mad easy. i forgot what its under... i know its in the list with Levels....
