I need new skis...

Ok, so I need new twin tips. I've been skiing on K2 public enemies FOREVER, and they've treated me well.. it's time to move on though. The PEs are getting old, and they're too heavy, and too stiff for my liking anyways. Plus, the edges are pretty much nonexistent.

Anybody have any recommendations? Remember, I'm looking for a lighter ski, hopefully a bit fatter underfoot and with more flex.

amplids are sick! go get some antidogmas cos nobody has them yet and they are super sick ski .86 waist lighter than most of the park skis iv seen and medium stiffness . iv tested those and im gonna get em when i find 09 antidogmas...

since you want a fatter more flexy ski. you can stick with k2 and get a pair of hellbents youll still be able to do park. just harder for 270s etc.

buy my ar5's for $170 shipped!

Grodent87, no, they wont be my only skis, but they'll be the skis I ski most often and will almost certainly become my park skis...

I have a lot of (non-twin tip) skis that I.. don't use all that often... 168 Volkl 5 stars, 190 Fischer RC4 GS skis, 150 RC4 SL skis, 190 black diamond arc angel telemark skis, 163 K2 gs skis... and the public enemies (174s I think).

The PE is more of an all mountain ski so if you want something similar you could look at chronic/blend. I don't think these will be too much softer (if not stiffer) though. But because you have other skis to ski out of the park, I think something like the anthem should fit your needs pretty well. You could also consider the Armada AR6.

I hope that helps you a bit

if you want light a little fatter underfoot and flexy you should try out the 4frnt tnk's. 187 underfoot and pretty damn flexy tip and tail but still very poppy. ive been riding them for like a year and a half and love em. pm me if youre interested in a deal on some new ones.
